Golden Properties was founded in 1985 by Don Golden, who had an extensive background in real estate services. As a prominent member of the Savannah community, he led his team to contribute to the Veteran Homeless Association, Backpack Buddies, United Way, and The Salvation Army.
Golden Properties continues today, evolving with technology and the changing times. We bring quality services to investors, home buyers, and renters alike. Devin Kelps, CEO/Senior Property Manager
Devin has 13 years of property management and project management experience. She has worked at Golden Properties for 10 of those years and managed investment portfolio’s all over the Savannah and surrounding areas. With Devin’s passion for real estate and project management she enjoys assisting her clients with making a purchase or remodeling their properties. She has managed over 800 projects and counting. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry. She makes sure that your property is managed with utmost care and efficiency. Devin’s expertise spans across residential and commercial properties, encompassing everything from tenant relations and lease negotiations to maintenance coordination and financial reporting. Hee commitment is to maximize the value of your property while minimizing the stress and hassle for you.
Beverly Worlds, Office Manager
Beverly is a very kind and thoughtful person who enjoys working with others and doing her best to help them out in any way she can. She has a pleasant attitude and gives a welcoming smile to each tenant, applicant, and visitor who comes into the office. Her caring attitude makes our clientele feel welcomed and comfortable as she greets them. Beverly has a deep love and concern for her family that spills over to our staff and tenants. She has worked at Savannah State University (SSU) for over 30 years. The office manager training and experience that she received while employed at SSU has definitely placed her into a perfect fit for this position with Golden Properties.
