Golden Properties was founded in 1985 by Don Golden, who had an extensive background in real estate services. As a prominent member of the Savannah community, he led his team to contribute to the Veteran Homeless Association, Backpack Buddies, United Way, and The Salvation Army. 

Golden Properties continues today, evolving with technology and the changing times. We bring quality services to investors, home buyers, and renters alike. Devin Kelps, CEO/Senior Property Manager

Devin possesses over 13 years of professional experience in property and project management. For the past decade, she has been an integral part of Golden Properties, where she has successfully managed investment portfolios across Savannah and its surrounding areas. Her deep-rooted passion for real estate and project management drives her dedication to guiding clients through property acquisitions and renovation endeavors.
 
To date, Devin has overseen the execution of more than 800 projects, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry. She is committed to ensuring that each property under her management is handled with the highest level of care, professionalism, and operational efficiency.
 
Her expertise encompasses both residential and commercial real estate, with a skill set that includes tenant relations, lease negotiations, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting. Devin’s objective is to enhance the value of every property she manages, while alleviating the complexities and demands placed on her clients.

Beverly Worlds, Office Manager

Beverly is a very kind and thoughtful person who enjoys working with others and doing her best to help them out in any way she can. She has a pleasant attitude and gives a welcoming smile to each tenant, applicant, and visitor who comes into the office. Her caring attitude makes our clientele feel welcomed and comfortable as she greets them. Beverly has a deep love and concern for her family that spills over to our staff and tenants. She has worked at Savannah State University (SSU) for over 30 years. The office manager training and experience that she received while employed at SSU has definitely placed her into a perfect fit for this position with Golden Properties.
